Reception in Hotel Amadeus is open 24 hours a day.
Check-in starts at 3 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is not ready yet, we will keep your luggage so you can start to explore Prague or simply enjoy a coffee in our lounge.
Check-out is by 11 am so you will have enough time to enjoy your leisurely breakfast. You can still use the common areas – we will take care of your luggage so that it is safe.
The room price includes accommodation, towels, free wi-fi, our custom Prague map, all the fees, and taxes.
Yes! Every morning we prepare a hearty breakfast. The buffet is available for CZK 150 and includes a selection of fresh pastries, ham, cheese, eggs, sausages, jams, muesli, fruit, yoghurt, juice, tea, and coffee. Remember: a good breakfast is the foundation for a good day!
In every room, there is prepared a TV, free wi-fi, kettle, and a tea and coffee station. You can keep your valuables in the safe. Toiletries and a hairdryer are available for you in the bathroom.
We accept payment in Czech crowns, euros (according to our exchange rate at the reception), or by credit/debit card. Payment in euro is possible in banknotes only and the difference is paid out in Czech crowns.
Yes you can, but only during low season. To do so, you need to confirm your booking by a bank transfer in advance. You can also make an unconfirmed booking, but in this case we would like to ask you to confirm your arrival two days in advance by phone or e-mail. It is also necessary to arrive by 3 pm or to confirm your arrival on that day. This option is not always available, so please contact us at info@amadeushotel.cz or call +420 210 011 400 and we will be happy to assist you.
If for any reason you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail at info@amadeushotel.cz. We will process your request according to the conditions that apply to your booking.
We usually only require a minimum stay of 3-4 nights during the busiest holidays (Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve) or other select high-demand events. Extended stays of more than 7 nights are accepted only after prior discussion. Please send us an e-mail with your requests.
Yes. If you need an official booking confirmation with the hotel’s stamp and the signature of a responsible employee, we can issue it within 3 working days. The condition for giving confirmation is a fully paid booking without refund. The amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please note that the confirmation is sent as an e-mail attachment in in a PDF file. To find out if you need a visa to enter the Czech Republic, you can visit the following website of the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
For the safety of our guests and their belongings we offer:

We have our own underground parking but its capacity is limited so book your place for the fee of CZK 350 as soon as possible. Another option is paid parking on the street
The underground is open from 05:00 am to midnight. Depending on the day and time, the wait time may be from 2 to 12 minutes. Trams also operate from 05:00 am to midnight. After midnight, you can use a night tram or bus. Tickets can be purchased in yellow coin machines, “tabák” stores, or at Reception:
- 24 CZK (30 minutes transfer ticket)
- 32 CZK (90 minutes transfer ticket)
- 110 CZK (24 hours transfer ticket)
The nearest public transport stops for Miss Sophie’s Žižkov are Husinecká tram stop (which takes you in 1 minute to the underground line C Hlavní nádraží) or bus stop U Památníku. Bus nr. 207 takes you to Florenc or directly to Old Town Square.
Yes! We provide our guests with a free customized map full of useful information and recommendations for Sophie’s favourite places to explore, eat, shop, and stroll.
