Yes, our reception is prepared to help you out with anything 24 hours every day of the year. Our professional receptionists are ready to answer any question!
Our official check-in time is 3 PM but do not hesitate to arrive any time. You can easily keep your suitcases in our luggage room and start exploring Prague! If you would leave us your number we will call you as soon as the room is all set up.
Our official check-out time is 11 AM but once again – you can leave your luggage with us as long as you need to enjoy few last sips of Prague magic before your departure.
The room price includes breakfast buffet, towels, wi-fi, snacks, our custom Prague map, toiletries, all the taxes and fees.
Yes! Every morning you will find a rich buffet in the common area. Fill your plate (as many times as you want) and enjoy breakfast back in your room. The buffet includes a selection of fresh pastries, ham, cheese, jam, muesli, eggs, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea, and coffee.
Each room has a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. You can keep your valuables in a safe. In each room there are towels, bathrobes, slippers, soap, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and hair dryers.
The residence is located in the historic Gromling Palace building so we have to follow certain rules of the National Heritage Institute. Therefore, we have moveable air conditioning units in the summer months for the bedrooms and cooling fans in the living rooms.
We accept payment in Czech crowns, euros (according to our exchange rate at the reception), or by credit/debit card. Payment in euro is possible in banknotes only and the difference is paid out in Czech crowns.
Yes you can, but only during low season. To do so, you need to confirm your booking with a bank transfer in advance. You can also make an unconfirmed booking, but in this case, we would like to ask you to confirm your arrival two days in advance by phone or e-mail. It is also necessary to arrive by 3 pm or to confirm your arrival on that day. This option is not always available, so please contact us at charlesbridge@miss-sophies.com or +420 210 011 500 and we will be happy to assist you.
If for any reason you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail at charlesbridge@miss-sophies.com . We will process your request according to the conditions that apply to your booking.
We usually only require a minimum stay of 3-4 nights during the busiest holidays (Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve) or other select high-demand events. Extended stays of more than 7 nights are accepted only after prior discussion. Please send us an e-mail with your requests.
Yes. If you require a letter of confirmation of your reservation with our official stamp and signature in order to apply for a visa, please allow up to 3 days for us to prepare this document. There is a non-refundable processing fee of 300 CZK and we require full non-refundable prepayment of your reservation. These payments are non-refundable in all circumstances. Please also note that we can only send these letters as a .pdf attachment via email.

The closest parking is in Rudolfinum (Alšovo Nábřeží 79/12), just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. We recommend that you leave your luggage at the front desk before you park your car. Check-in is possible after 3:00 pm.
The nearest tram stop is Malostranské Náměstí and the nearest underground is Line A – Malostranská.
The underground is open from 05:00 am to midnight. Depending on the day and time, the waiting time may be from 2 to 12 minutes. Day trams also operate from 05:00 am to midnight. In later hours, you can use a night tram or bus. Tickets can be purchased in yellow coin machines, tobacconists or at our reception:
- 24 CZK (30 minutes transfer ticket)
- 32 CZK (75 minutes transfer ticket)
- 110 CZK (24 hours transfer ticket)
