We have two reception areas: one in the main building located in the courtyard, and a second reception in the historical building, just up the steps from the main door off the street. Both are staffed 24 hours a day. For checking in, please visit the reception in our main building.
Check-in starts at 3 pm. If you arrive earlier and your room is not ready yet, we will keep your luggage so you can start to explore Prague.
Check-out is by 11 am so you will have enough time to enjoy your morning. If you need to depart later, we will take care of your luggage so that it is safe.
The room price includes towels, toiletries, wi-fi, our custom Prague map and all the taxes and fees. When booking directly, the room price also includes complimentary breakfast.
We serve an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet every morning. The breakfast buffet includes freshly baked bread and rolls, sweet and savoury pastries, a selection of meat and cheese, hard-boiled eggs, granola/muesli, dried fruit, yogurt, fresh fruit and vegetables, assorted jam and butter, selection of juices and bottomless tea and coffee. Our chefs also prepare hot beans, scrambled/boiled/fried eggs, sausages, and one extra hot item such as baked potatoes, baked peppers, falafel or mushrooms. Breakfast is offered daily from 7:30 to 10:30 and it is complimentary to your stay when booking directly.
In every room, Sophie has prepared a TV, free wi-fi, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a tea and coffee station. You can keep your valuables in the safe. Towels, toiletries and a hairdryer are available for you in the bathroom.
We accept payment in Czech crowns, euros (according to our exchange rate at the reception), or by credit/debit card. Payment in euro is possible in banknotes only and the difference is paid out in Czech crowns.
Yes, you can, but only during the low season. To do so, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to provide full booking conditions and assist you with making your reservation.
If for any reason you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail at email@example.com. We will process your request according to the conditions that apply to your booking.
We usually only require a minimum stay of 3-4 nights during the busiest holidays (Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve) or other select high-demand events. Extended stays of more than 7 nights are accepted only after prior discussion. Please send us an e-mail with your requests.
Yes. If you need an official booking confirmation with the hotel’s stamp and the signature of a responsible employee, we can issue it within 3 working days. The condition for giving confirmation is a fully paid booking without refund. The amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please note that the confirmation is sent as an e-mail attachment in a PDF file.

We offer parking on the hotel premises for 600 CZK per night. The number of parking places is limited and prior booking is required. The next closest car park is across the street on the roof of the main train station building. Please contact us for more details and recommendations.
No. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay with your paw friend at Miss Sophie’s Downtown.
The underground is open from 05:00 am to midnight. Depending on the day and time, the wait time may be from 2 to 12 minutes. Trams also operate from 05:00 am to midnight. After midnight, you can use a night tram or bus. Tickets can be purchased in the metro stations, some tram stops or with the contactless terminals (orange boxes) inside every tram or bus:
- 30 CZK (30 minutes transfer ticket)
- 40 CZK (90 minutes transfer ticket)
- 120 CZK (24 hours transfer ticket)
The nearest underground stop is line C – Hlavní nádraží and the closest tram stops are Hlavní nádraží and Jindrišská.
