Our reception is open from 07:00 am to 10:00 pm. If you plan to arrive later than 10:00 pm, please let us know in advance to arrange a later check-in. Similarly, if you need to leave the hotel before 07:00 am, we would like to ask you to inform us ahead of time.
Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. We understand that you want to relax as soon as possible. If your room is ready earlier, we will happily hand you the key. While waiting, you can enjoy a wonderful coffee in Sophie’s Café.
Check-out is by noon so you will have enough time to enjoy your leisurely breakfast. You can still use the common areas – we will take care of your luggage so that it is safe.
The room price includes towels, toiletries, wi-fi and all the taxes and fees. When booking directly, the room price also includes complimentary breakfast.
Yes! Would you prefer homemade sausages, or an egg omelette, a plate or homemade cereal with yoghurt? We will make a coffee or tea as well and offer you juice or a carafe of water.
Breakfast buffet is always included when booking directly on our website. If you have booked a room without breakfast, you can still purchase it directly at the café.
Air conditioning is in the rooms on the top floor of the building (attic rooms).
In every room, there is prepared a TV, free wi-fi, kettle, and a tea and coffee station. You can keep your valuables in the safe. Toiletries and a hairdryer are available for you in the bathroom. Rain-dance showers in all bathrooms.
We accept payment in Czech crowns, euros (according to our exchange rate at the reception), or by credit/debit card. Payment in euro is possible in banknotes only and the difference is paid out in Czech crowns.
Yes you can, but only during low season. To do so, you need to confirm your booking by a bank transfer in advance. You can also make an unconfirmed booking, but in this case we would like to ask you to confirm your arrival two days in advance by phone or e-mail. It is also necessary to arrive by 3 pm or to confirm your arrival on that day. This option is not always available, so please contact us at olomouc@miss-sophies.com or call +420 587 203 509 and we will be happy to assist you.
If for any reason you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail at olomouc@miss-sophies.com. We will process your request according to the conditions that apply to your booking.
We usually only require a minimum stay of 3-4 nights during the busiest holidays (Easter, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve) or other selected high-demand events. Extended stays of more than 7 nights are accepted only after prior discussion. Please send us an e-mail with your requests.
Yes. If you need an official booking confirmation with the hotel’s stamp and the signature of a responsible employee, we can issue it within 3 working days. The condition for giving confirmation is a fully paid booking without refund. The amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please note that the confirmation is sent as an e-mail attachment in in a PDF file. To find out if you need a visa to enter the Czech Republic, you can visit the following website of the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
For the safety of our guests and their valuables, in-room safes for small items are available.
If you prefer a secure parking, you can use the garage at Koželužská ulice 934/29, approx. 300 m from the hotel. The parking fee is CZK 250/day. Otherwise, you can park on the adjacent streets for a fee based on local regulations. Please note that our hotel is located right in the town centre so it may be more difficult to find a free parking spot.
Upon check-in, you will receive a “Use-it” map, created by local enthusiastic volunteers with all the places that you should not miss in Olomouc. Our receptionists will also be happy to advise you where to go.
