• Please wear a mask in all public areas.
• Disinfect your hands as you enter and wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water.
• Keep a distance of at least 2 meters from other guests and our staff. This does not apply for members of your own party. When sitting at tables, keep a distance of at least 1,5 meters from the next party. Please follow instructions from our staff concerning the appropriate distance when sitting at tables.
• Please use the elevator alone, or only with members or your own group.
What do we do to make sure your stay is safe?
• We are disinfecting all critical public surfaces regularly.
• We are providing disinfectant in public spaces and public bathrooms.
• After each check-out, we not only thoroughly clean your room but also disinfect the bathroom and all critical surfaces.
• We have increased the fresh air exchange through our ventilation system. Additionally, we will frequently open windows to further provide direct fresh air and ventilation. We kindly ask you to not close the windows in public areas in order to make sure the room air is sufficiently ventilated.
