Green Spaces

Wallenstein Gardens:

Meander through this tranquil, baroque-style garden, get to know some peacocks and take a look at the unique “drip wall” at the other end of the garden.

Petřín Hill:

Take the funicular up the hill for picturesque views from Prague’s “Eiffel Tower” or to get lost in the labyrinth! The prime spot for sledding in the winter or a fine place to picnic in summer.

Home of the Giant Metronome, skateboarding teenagers and a sweet beer garden overlooking the Vltava and Prague’s rooftops.

Stromovka Park:

Once the hunting grounds of Rudolf II, great for picnicking, biking and relaxing.

Riegrovy Sady:

A local favourite in warm weather for picnics or drinks in their popular beer garden.

Havlíčkovy Sady:

A beautiful park with a vineyard and a gazebo restaurant and winery located right among the grapevines.
